As the end of the year approaches, good news is coming frequently. Zhoukou Chengzhi Bioenergy Co., Ltd. and Jiahaisen have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a carbon asset development agreement. In the new year, both parties will work together to create brilliance.

On January 24, 2024, a group of three from Hainan Jiahaisen went to Zhoukou to attend the signing ceremony with Chengzhi Bioenergy Co., Ltd.

Zhou Koucheng invited Zhang Pengju, Chen Mo, and Yin Wencai, the management team of Bioenergy Co., Ltd., to visit the completed first phase of the new factory together. They had a profound discussion on the future planning and jointly studied the new model of combining carbon finance with industry.

Chengzhi Bioenergy Co., Ltd. is investing in the construction of a 10 million cubic meter bio natural gas manure comprehensive utilization and upgrading project in Huangpan District, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. The project uses pig manure water as raw material to produce natural gas. This project is the largest single biomass biogas engineering project in China, with an annual production of 30 million cubic meters of biogas after the completion of the fourth phase of construction, which meets the basic requirements of carbon asset development projects.

After multiple exchanges and talks in the early stages, both parties reached an agreement, completed the signing ceremony, and officially began cooperation. Jiahaisen will assist Chengzhi Bioenergy in the development and management of carbon assets, creating additional carbon asset benefits for the company.

The project will focus on developing carbon assets aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting the use of renewable energy. Jiahaisen will work closely with its partners to promote environmental protection and contribute to the global environmental protection cause.

Through this collaboration, Jiahaisen will continuously explore innovative carbon asset development models to achieve a win-win situation of environmental protection and economic benefits. Jiahaisen believes that this project will inject new momentum into the company's future sustainable development and set a good example for the industry.

Hainan Jiahaisen Carbon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (GS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Carbon Assets Limited (ICA). At the business level, Jiahaisen has signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements with several well-known research institutions and organizations, including the Institute of Ecological and Environmental Geological Survey of Geological Research Institute, Zhengzhou Green and Low Carbon Building Design and Intelligent Construction Engineering Technology Research Center, and British Standards Institution (BSI). Jiahaisen has also reached a cooperation agreement with the Xinxiang Municipal Government at the city level, including assisting Xinxiang City in building the first carbon emission service center in Henan Province.
